Who am I?

My name is Jarrett Lau.I wake up everyday excited for the possibility of progress, growth and helping others. I travel the world looking for next life changing experience and perfect wave.

For the past decade I have built and run numerous successful businesses remotely. I was able to achieve financial independence and most importantly the freedom of choice at any early age. I love challenge, solving problems and helping determine and achieve what they want in life and business.

NO ONE ACHIEVES SUCCESS ALONE

I was grew up being the oldest of four boys raised by a military father whose favorite quote was “ there are two types of people, leaders and followers”. He was a serial entrepreneur and of course wanting to be like him I naturally followed in his footsteps.

For the first 30+ years of my life I thought that being a leader and entrepreneur meant being at the top of a lonely ladder. There were plenty of lonely and stressful days and I grinded my way through them with only the satisfaction of momentary success fueling me.Both my professional and personal relationships suffered and I wasn’t what you considered happy. I had no one turn to.

How I started Coaching

A life changing day it was suggested that a good friend work with me. He was always different than me,taking a calm collected approach when I preferred to shoot and worry about the aiming later. I was hesitant to say the least.

I never knew what it was like to have someone who I could confide in, give a neutral perspective and help me work through situations mostly by listening and providing valuable insight when needed.

This introduction changed my path and perspective on having not having to go at things alone. I personally started looking for mentors and coaches in many aspects of my life, each adding value and saving me the time and mistakes that come with learning on your own. They pushed me to do and be more and I wouldn’t be where I am today with out them.

“If you reach you teach”. At first my coaching was casual, friends and entrepreneurs I knew would reach out to me for advice on their situations and businesses. Their companies and personal lives improved and I was hooked and that’s how I started coaching and helping others.

Why work with me

I learn constantly and try to use everything I learn in real world situations to help solve problems and help others. Each coaching client for me is an opportunity for me to help others and use what I have learned through their years to make their lives and entrepreneurial journey easier.

I offer both personal coaching as well as programs focused on helping people live the life they want through freedom of choice and financial independence that a successful career and balanced personal life allows.
